Kindly Check Your Child’s School Diary Daily

The school diary serves as a vital communication tool between the school and home. It contains important updates about your child’s academic progress, activities, and other key information. We request parents to review it daily to stay informed and engaged.

Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)

To foster effective communication and ensure a better understanding of each child’s progress, Parent-Teacher Meetings are held every Saturday of the month. Attendance at these meetings is mandatory for all parents, as it allows for meaningful discussions regarding your child's academic and personal development.

All students are expected to be present in their respective classrooms before the first bell rings. Attendance will be taken by the class teacher before the morning assembly.

Meeting the Principal

Parents are welcome to meet the Principal for matters of genuine concern, feedback, or suggestions. The following guidelines are to be followed:

• Meetings with the Principal can be scheduled during the PTMs hours between 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
• All concerns or feedback should be recorded in the register available at the school gate.
• If necessary, the Principal will arrange a follow-up discussion or call parents personally for a meeting.

Note: For urgent matters, the Principal is available 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM on all working days.
