🎓 Admission Procedure – Aum Sun Public School

Parents who wish to enroll their ward at Aum Sun Public School can choose from either the Online or Offline registration process. Follow the steps below for a smooth admission experience.


🌐 Online Application

  • 📋 Step 1: Fill Registration Form: Visit the school’s website or collect the form from the School Reception.
  • 💵 Step 2: Pay Registration Fee: Pay ₹500 using a Debit/Credit Card through the online portal.

  • 📞 Step 3: Confirm Payment: Once the payment is confirmed by the bank, call the school helpline for further guidance.

  • ✅ Step 4: Registration Confirmation: The school will confirm registration via phone call.

  • 📝 Step 5: Test Date Allotted: A test date will be provided by the school.

  • ✏️ Step 6: Entrance Test: The student appears for the entrance test on the scheduled date.

  • 👩‍🏫 Step 7: Parent–Principal Interaction: An interview will be arranged between the parents and the Principal.

  • ✅ Step 8: Admission & Documentation: Upon selection, parents must submit the admission fee and required documents at the school counter.


🏫 OFFLINE APPLICATION

  • 🏫 Step 1: Get the Registration Form: Collect the admission registration form from the School Reception.

  • 💵 Step 2: Pay Registration Fee: Submit a ₹500 registration fee in cash at the reception desk.

  • 📅 Step 3: Test Date Assignment: The school will inform parents of the entrance test date.

  • ✏️ Step 4: Entrance Test: The child will appear for the entrance test on the scheduled date.

  • 👩‍🏫 Step 5: Parent-Principal Interview: A meeting between the parents and the Principal will be scheduled.

  • ✅ Step 6: Admission Confirmation: Upon selection, submit the admission fee and necessary documents at the school office.
